Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your marine seating products meet your expectations and vessel requirements.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be present
  • Item must not show any signs of installation or use
  • All hardware and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chair Leg Tips (hygiene reasons – direct contact with surfaces)
  • Fishing Rod Gimbals (specialized installation and wear considerations)
  • Customized or special order items
  • Products missing original packaging or tags

Package your item securely in its original packaging and include:
